Roles & Responsibilities handled in different positions
Site Feasibility Report, site visit, DPR, Design Basis Reports, Selection of instruments to be used.
Comparative study and review of various Technology like fixed tilt, Seasonal tilt, tracker system, supplier potential assessment, visit at suppliers manufacturing site.
Managing initial planning with design consultants, verification & validation of vendor engineering documents like datasheets, GA drawing, control philosophy, preparation of cable schedule, getting client approval within the given time frame
Responsible for details estimation & costing sheet to maintain company profit as per company policy
Continuous interaction with various suppliers to get firm quote which would be cost competitive.
RFQ floating to various investors, NDA signing, preparation of pre-Qualification document for various private & Govt. tender.
Review of technical specifications, documents, and all design calculations & drawings.
System's design/Layout or drawing approval, BOM preparation and generation of system report by Pvsyst.
Technical discussions with I&C team as well as Operation & Maintenance (O&M) Team.
I&C vendor selection, Planning, monitoring, Installation, testing & commissioning of Electrical, Mechanical, and civil works with contractor during project execution of solar power plant.
Approval of Electrical Equipment & review of Major Equipment document before dispatch.
Preparing Progress reports (Daily, Weekly, monthly etc.) and Vendors bill certification and providing necessary information to SCM (Supply Chain Management) for the release of Payments to Vendor.

Responsible for Daily updating of the breakdown reports.
Managing of Operation & Maintenance of the units so to ensure there smooth functioning.
Carry our preventative maintenance as per procedure and must keep proper record of all maintenance. Report to senior officials via daily report.
Take corrective and preventive action on the defects/Observation found during maintenance
Supervision of Manpower and Task distribution.
Responsible for progress Presentation in Monthly Meeting.
Co-ordinate with customers & Vendors for create satisfactory environment.
