• Utilized multiple tools/software concurrently, including IMMS, WSO/SOLVAS, MARKIT, and Deal Manager, Intellimatch, to reconcile records
• Submitted reconciled records to clients and promptly addressed client inquiries
• Escalated risk terms to management and coordinated with internal transactions processing teams to resolve outstanding breaks
• Managed withholding tax on capital gains and worked with CSM to obtain tax refunds from Agent bank
• Collaborated with CIT and New Business Teams for new client on boarding, performing daily reconciliations and reporting breaks to management
• Handled calls related to Recon aged breaks and provided support to the oversight team through investigation, analysis, and data provision for resolving client queries as needed

• Reconciliation team and CSM (Client services manager) to issues and resolved problematic cash discrepancies with Agent Banks, and/or Seller Banks
