RTSP is an end to end card & payments processing product to support Shell Cards and Loyalty program. DXC is providing product support, which included application, infra support. Modernization services for new regions and post production support post modernization. Utilized Micro services architecture to build scalable product with improved data security deployed at faster time.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify, analyze, and resolve issues in the application , which involves investigating and diagnosing problems, providing timely solutions, and ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Interact with end-users, both internal and external, to understand and address their issues. guiding them through problem resolution processes.
  • Maintain detailed records of reported issues, solutions provided, and any additional information relevant to problem resolution.creating a knowledge base for future reference.
  • Work closely with enhancement teams to escalate complex issues, provide detailed information for debugging, and contribute to the development of patches or updates to address identified problems.

TMS Image SE 1200 is a fully featured retail remittance product. TMS can be configured to run at a
single site or multiple sites. It provides all the usual remittance processing features such as Pass 1 and Pass 2
captures, check and stub data entry, scan line fix and balancing. TMS captures and processes full-page
documents, prints document images from all data entry functions. TMS is the integrated processing platform and
flexibility to add additional capabilities. The system’s output capabilities will include the production of reports and
extract which in the real time environment would be delivered at pre-configured times to all the Customers of
Regulus.

Responsibilities:

  • Write PL/SQL code to maintain the data as per the business logic
  • Analyze the root cause of the problems in cluster environment where several major business systems are dealing with important data of the business
  • Involved in Production Support Activities, Resolving Incidents, Provide Problem Investigation, Perform Change Request Activities and Prepared RCA
