· Responsible for maintaining 100% uptime for all commercial application, Monitoring Application and health checks of application.

Coordinating with different support teams and clients for resolving the issues related to application.

Good knowledge on DML, DDL, DCL, Transaction Control & Data Retrieval.

· Good command knowledge of UNIX.

· Handled the reporting part of the process

· Involved in 24/7 support for production environment.

· Ability to work under stringent timelines and meet predefined project goals.
