Responsibilities:

• Acting as a subject matter expert for processes in SAP PLM in SAP ECTR application.
• Identifying, analyzing, and proposing areas for improvement in supported processes &solution
• SAP ECTR Application- Configuration, Implementation, and Support as per Pharm Standard
• SAP ECTR Application- Upgradation, Testing with different version of CAD applications.
• Handling day-to-day production issues related to SAP PLM through JIRA ticket.
• Working on Enhancement and completing Demonstration with business, User training &UAT
