• Handling SWIFT Payments related to MT202, MT103, DDA Payments, Cash Pro Application payments and Telex Payments.
• Experience in handling Account receivables, payable's and the balancing adjustments for suppliers and buyers.
• Processing Fed Wire Payments and SWIFT correction entries related to Intermediary banks in MT103.
• Experience in handling regulatory compliance according to United States department of the treasury and Office of foreign assets control (OFAC).
• Experience in handling critical transaction from Middle East countries and checking for the boycott and compliance related terms.
• A team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills, and has experience in leading small teams; flourishes in challenging environment.

• Analyzation of the applications on an on-going basis to ensure that metrics are on Approvals
• Developing the strong interface with operation furthermore with risk team to understand and contribute to card approval process
• Maximizing card approval rates with increased sourcing quality
• Monitoring and evaluating team performance and Training of sales team on documentation together with sourcing policy
• Implemented the quality process along with the sales backend process for documentations
• We ensure of reducing the card cancelations on card fee together with product miscommunications.
• Handling the sales Escalations and Responsible for daily reports and MIS. Identify and pervert application fraud.
• Adherence to the TAT & SLA defined for the process
