Responsibilities :
End to end support (L1 and L2) of WAS/BAW, BAW setup in UAT, DC/PROD/DR environments. Health Check for the Production Environments, Client requirements like working with New CR’s. Applying fix packs in WebSphere application server DR Drill activity maintenance, changing IBM DMS applications and DATA from DC to DR and roll back activity DR to DC. Working on solution deployments and widgets for changes railed by team. Applying changes 1st in UAT and performed in PROD with client confirmation with downtime. Maintenance of HADR setup in DC and DR while DR Drill, Application Deployments, BAW Solution Deployments, BAW Offline Snapshot Deployments, Process Admin Maintenance activities, Prepared scripts for Automate the Restart Activities, Scripts for move the Logs from one drive to another drives. Production promotions. Update and Upgradation of WebSphere and Resp. Applications with help of Dev Team. SCA Modules update and frontend URL’s Update and XSD files Installations.
Daily Health Checks and Monitoring AppDynamics for the Business transactions and troubleshooting.
Installation and configuration of Datacap setup in DEV, UAT, PROD and DR environments with distributed level. Create FileNet Object Stores, creating workflow, Create Data source using FileNet configuration manager, WebSphere Console and ODBC tool in windows, Installation of DB2 and creating DB’s and Database catalogues, create DB connection, configure Navigator, create repository, Documents/properties/Classes moving DEV/UAT to PROD using FDM (FileNet Deployment Manager). Datacap Deployments, Live issues in Datacap application connecting with developer for solving the application issues raised by client. Managing new CR’s. Worked on Production application slowness issue.
