• End to end support (L1 and L2) of WAS/BAW, BAW setup in UAT, DC/PROD/DR environments. Worked on clients new CR’s.
• Applying fix packs in WebSphere application server.
• Solution deployments and widgets for changes railed by team.
• Application Deployments, BAW Solution Deployments, BAW Offline Snapshot Deployments, Process Admin maintenance activities, prepared scripts to automate the Restart Activities and moving the logs from one server to another server.
• Planned and executed the setup of HADR according to client’s requirements. DR Drill activity maintenance, changing IBM DMS applications and DATA from DC to DR and roll back activity DR to DC.
• Daily Health Checks and Monitoring for the business transactions and troubleshooting.
• Datacap and Database Application Fine-tuning in Production.
• Installation and configuration of Datacap setup in DEV, UAT, PROD and DR environments with distributed level. Create FileNet data sources, Object Stores, creating workflow using FileNet configuration manager, WebSphere console, Installation of DB2 and creating DB's and Database catalogues, create DB connection, configure Navigator, create repository, Documents/properties/Classes moving DEV/UAT to PROD using FDM (FileNet Deployment Manager).
• Performed datacap Deployments, solved live issues in Datacap application by co-ordinating with developers for issues raised by client.
• Updated SSL certificates in timely manner.
• Upgradation:
• BAW from 19.0.0.x to 21.0.3.0 in (DEV, UAT, and PROD).
• FileNet from 5.5.4 to 5.5.8.
• WebSphere Application Server on updated version from 8.5.5.21 to the fix pack 8.5.5.23.
• DB2 Database from version 11.1.0.0 to 11.5.0.0 on the Windows/Linux/AIX platform.
• Datacap from 9.1.7 to the latest version 9.1.9.5
• Developed scalable and maintainable code, ensuring long-term stability of the software.

• Configured and Enabled the Global Security System for WAS Administration for Console users and Console Groups.
• Deployment of EAR & WAR files on WebSphere Application Server and Network Deployment Manager.
• Involved in performance tuning of application Federating multiple nodes to a deployment manager.
• Configured Web Sphere resources like JDBC providers, JDBC data sources, connection pooling.
• Creating different data sources for custom applications. Worked on different types of PMR's with IBM to resolve complicated issues with permanent resolutions.
• Documented all types of vulnerabilities and fixes which are under risk.
• Upgraded WebSphere Application server from V8.5.x to V9.x
