Dissertation of customer satisfaction and customer loyalty in choosing Code young, Member. Edutech company is one of the growing sectors in the country. In this project, a survey of 100 people who are using Code Young courses was provided with a set of questionnaires using Advanced Excel tools like Vlookup. Different prices of edutech companies were highlighted to know the best price, and by using Countif, the number of courses was counted. Using Tableau, reports were created and compared with other edutech companies in terms of customer, price, and other factors. With the help of reports, a dashboard was created for ease of representation.
