Revenue Management in Passenger Airlines (Qatar Airways), Project dealt with the Profit maximization using limited resource capacity for a product (Qatar airways), taking into account the basic moralistic principles. Revenue Management is encompassed of Pricing, Reservations control and Demand forecasting. Simple (Time series forecasting), complex models (such as the additive and multiplicative pickup models) and Linear Programming were used for demand forecasting. Implementation of Lean Six Sigma in Service Industry, The project involves the identification of different types of waste in the current scenario. Detailed Layout study, 5S Implementation and process improvement is done in logistics and healthcare industry. Investigation of Factors Affecting Machining Processes Of CNC Milling and Proposal of ANN Model to Provide Optimum Process Variables, The objective of this study is to develop a better understanding of the effects of spindle speed, cutting feed rate and depth of cut on the surface roughness and to build a solution using Artificial Intelligence in C# .NET. Implementation and Study of Poka-Yoke in Tapping Operation, The research involves studying the current system and comparing it with the new automated module. An extensive energy expenditure and micro motion study has been carried out using the aid of MiniSun IDEEA.
