Working on Exstream version 16.4.0/ 22.3 build.
It includes requirement gathering, development, testing and deployment

Mostly I have worked on minor enhancements and incidents- creating, deleting and modifying manual and automatic letters, based on business requirements.
Basic understanding of Linux and Unix commands which includes running of scripts, restarting Management Gateway.
Handled end- to- end batch jobs processing on daily basis and have resolved multiple issues related to it.
Mentored junior developers, fostering a collaborative learning environment and supporting professional growth.
Handson experience over on demand tool DpLive integrated with SAP Hana and C4C.
Basic working knowledge on Control Center, StoryTeller, Communication Builder, describer, workshop and supervisor.
Handled Management level activities, such as, octane updation, enhancement reports, SLA reports, audits etc.
