• Developed a high-performance, scalable ReactJs dashboard for real-time visualization and monitoring of railway assets like axles, sensors, wheels, and carriages.
• Handled complex data integration involving numerous API calls, optimizing rendering performance through efficient state and component management.

Aircraft App - A mobile and web app to monitor and record Pilots timesheet.

• Developed a cross-platform pilot timesheet app using Flutter (mobile) handling complex reporting elements like flight data, fuel metrics, and expense tracking.
• Implemented offline-first architecture using Sqflite to store weeks of timesheet data locally, with robust sync logic to ensure seamless data transfer and zero loss during online re-connection.
• Integrated Firebase Crashlytics for crash reporting and debugging, and Firebase Messaging for real-time push notifications.

• Developed the cross-platform mobile application using Flutter for both iOS/Android phones and tablets/iPads, ensuring scalable and maintainable code architecture.
• Designed and implemented live geofencing, alert triggers, and location-tracking logic integrated with Firebase Messaging for real-time communication.
• Integrated Agora RTC for seamless in-app video/audio calling during emergencies, ensuring low latency and stable performance under critical conditions.

• Converted the client by leading estimation, feature scoping, and proposal preparation; set the foundation for delivery with clear timelines and goals.
• Managed a 15-member cross-functional team across mobile, web, backend, QA, BA, and design—overseeing sprint planning, delivery tracking, and stakeholder communication.
• Provided technical support across design, boilerplate setup, and development phases while resolving cross-domain blockers and aligning individual team expectations.
• Delivered a feature-rich dating and social app with chat, video/audio calls, swipe-based matching, reels, posts, stories, admin moderation, and analytics dashboard.
