• Developed B-side features for injection-molded parts, including locators, bosses, ribs, snaps, optimizing strength and manufacturability.
• Supported fitment issue resolution by analyzing DFM/DFA constraints, reducing production defects.

• Designed and developed plastic interior components (louvers, glove box latch, console) for Mahindra & Maruti Suzuki vehicles.
• Checked initial A-surface feasibility, ensuring manufacturability and adherence to regulatory standards.
• Created master sections for positive mountings, clip mountings, and attachment schemes.
• Developed B-side technical features (locators, bosses, ribs, parting lines) considering tooling constraints (sliders, lifters).
• Performed DFM & DFA checks to reduce production cycle time and material wastage.
• Interpreted CFD & CAE results, refining designs to meet performance requirements.

• Designed & developed plastic trim components, focusing on louvers, consoles, and HVAC parts for automotive OEMs.
• Conducted feasibility studies for A-surface & ensured optimal grain finish & tooling direction.
• Developed B-side features considering DFM, DFA, and parting line constraints.
• Created detailed 2D drawings & exploded view assemblies, ensuring accurate manufacturing processes.
• Performed DFM checks (Gate Point location, Weld line formation, sink marks) to enhance part quality.
• Implemented VAVE (Value Analysis/Value Engineering) to reduce component cost without compromising functionality.
