• Continuously advancing the scaleup efforts for a sophisticated continuous process plant designed for manufacturing high pressure fluorochemical products. This state-of-the-art facility incorporates a high pressure oxidation reaction and employs absorption and distillation processes across multiple stages to yield the desired output.
• Took charge of leading discussions with customers and ensuring clear understanding of processes.
• Lead the HAZOP from Process Engineering Department.
• Prepared and successfully conducted FAT for DCS inputs interlocks, logic sequence, and control philosophy.

Completed Projects:

• Successfully commercialized 3 products at PI Jambusar site.
• Achieved recognition for exceptional performance with the Best Scale-up award in FY’22-23 at PI Industries.
• Calculated many product costs during feasibility and commercial stages.

• Process Development of new process
• Preparation of Basics Engineering Package (BEP)
• Generate engineering data in the lab towards supporting scale-up activities (Optimization, crystallization, distillation, filtration, drying)
• Prepared process engineering documents that supported scale-up campaigns.
• Scaled up Dia-filtration and ultra-filtration equipment successfully.
• Designing experimental protocols, execution and data generation in the laboratory.
