Responsibilities include:

• Spearheaded the end-to-end implementation and process migration onto the KY3P platform for 5+ strategic enterprise clients, ensuring seamless integration of legacy workflows with existing risk frameworks.

Third Party Risk Management - Managed Services

Responsibilities include:

• Led Managed Services team of 7 to design and execute Third Party Risk Management Program for global clients across Europe, Asia and Americas.
• Spearheaded the implementation of the KY3P Accelerator program for smaller financial institutions.
• Performed Negative Performance Monitoring, News Screening, SOC Attestations and Financial Viability Assessments of Vendors.
• Executed Quarterly RCSA report and established initial QA & Governance process for Managed Services team, ensuring compliance and quality control.
• Coordinated onboarding and training for junior staff and clients on standard platform processes and best practices, promoting operational consistency.

Tax Operations Associate & Vendor Relationship Owner (VRO)

Responsibilities include:

• Executed daily operational activities for 1099B Cost Basis Tax reporting, ensuring adherence to procedures, SLAs, and control standards.
• Performed verification, QC, and reconciliations for 1099B tax reporting, collaborating with internal teams to resolve operational issues and reporting exceptions under regulatory deadlines.
• Maintained working relationships with external vendors and internal partners, identifying breaks, exceptions, or delays in tax reporting and escalating with clear documentation.

Divisional Vendor Management Team - Operations & Securities Division

Responsibilities include:

• Enhanced Vendor Management Program for Operations and Securities Division, aligning it with Firmwide Program objectives.
• Conducted evaluation of Third party audit reports such as SOC1 and SOC2 as part of Ongoing Vendor Oversight.
• Standardized vendor management procedures and strengthened control mindsets across global operations teams during organizational scaling.
• Presented to Divisional Leadership on Vendor Management Scorecards including outstanding risks and ongoing initiatives on a quarterly basis.
• Engaged with Risk Partners across the organization (e.g. Compliance, Technology) on behalf of the division to remediate vendor risks.
• Ensured Vendor Relationship Owners are continually trained and up to date on program requirements.
• Reviewed and approved vendor relationships and off-boarding requests, ensuring alignment with business requirements.
• Additional Responsibility – Elected to represent the Ops Risk Team in the Analyst Advisory committee for 2 consecutive years.
