• I am Working here as supervisor in CKD (Complete knock down) & KD (KNOCK DOWN) Department in Maruti Suzuki india ltd. (Gurgaon) and SPD Department all warehouse activities in Suzuki motor cycle pvt ltd From jun 2016 to Aug 2029 and Primarily responsible for Export Packing ,Inventory ,Receiving ,Quality ,Shortage reports, and analysis of troubles reports,daily meeting for shortage (CKD & KD) parts. Resolve the claim of domastic and export devision,
• Manpower allocation and distribution.(200+ Manpower in my under working)
• Knowledge of Packing Process on CKD & KD export packing line of all scooter,Bikes & Car of Maruti. macking new model packing development and sample cards.
• Active Co-ordination with Logistics, Packaging and Quality team in order to ensure that there is no shortage of material on line and daily packing target is achieved.
• Ensure non value added activity is reduced inventery carrying cast as well as storage cast process by using Lean/Kaizen tools and techniques and maintaining 5S & 3R in work place.
• Analysis of troubles reports from Colombia, Mexico, Argentina,Peru,Bangladesh,Indoneisa,Thailand,Japan,Malaysia,Myanmar & Gujrat.
