- Variation Defect Project: Created the blueprint, used ML Model CNN based algorithm along with the rule sets to capture the defects in the Amazon Private Brands Catalog. Model generated weekly output that lists the ASIN with variation defects. The complexity included more than 300 PTs which did not have the PFV defined rules. The goal of the project was to have 90% OPS defect free variations.
- Color Use Case : Onboarding the color use case to AF2 platform of RBS where some further modifications were required in the existing rule. The workflow was created and implemented.
- Canary Team Project: Customer obsession is one of the leadership principle at Amazon. The NLP based algorithm is used to capture the customer feedback trend and sentiment level analysis.
