Roles and Responsibilities:

• Processing payroll by initiating pay cycles, pay calculations and auditing payroll data to ensure accurate and timely payroll
• Maintaining process documents and record retention as per business requirements
• Live run for payroll and to provide all necessary reports such as Gross to net, pay slips, GL report, statutory report
• Initiates weekly, bi-weekly, semi-monthly, and monthly payrolls for over 5,000+ employees
• Review, analyze and verify payroll reports for accuracy
• Responsible for all types of off-cycles, new-hires, processing garnishments on daily basis
• Performs all pay period functions and variety of tasks related to US payroll
• Verifying payroll data using pivot tables
• Expertise in application tools like SAP HCM, Main Frame, MS-Office.
• Responded to employee inquires regarding pay, benefits and deductions, addressing concerns and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Conducted payroll audits to monitor and address discrepancies, making necessary corrections to ensure accurate and compliant payroll records.

• Worked as Claims Analyst for iBaag one of the domains under Insurance
• Under this process, we Check the effective date, status, activity type, TAT and Task in Orbit and CDX applications.
• Searching with policy number in BTB tool to find out number of sets.
• Enter policy number in CI Search to fetch BDR and TCR (which contains customer implementation data entry)
• Used iBaag template to find out respective year iBaag template.
• Filling up all the field forms in respective iBaag template using BDR.
• Finally uploading the template to iBaag library tool.

• Worked as Fraud Analyst for ADCC (ATM Debit Card Claim) process.
• The Investigation is done by the ICC team and finally a claim will be opened and received by us.
• Mainly we deal with Google, Wallet mart, Uber, PayPal, Apple iTunes Transactions, etc.
• The Applications used for this process to update customer details and fraud transactions are DAT, HOGAN, E-TRAN, MARS and VISA.
• The ultimate decision is made based on rules rolled out by Regulation E Guidelines.
