• Automation: Ran a large-scale accounting automation program across 20+ markets and 50+ projects with manual financial processes, delivering $500MM balance sheet impact and 2000 hours annual efficiency gains through strategic resource allocation and cross-functional team alignment. Served as financial bar raiser bridging finance, product, and engineering teams, leveraging deep expertise in accounting systems architecture and financial transaction workflows to ensure compliance-driven design implementation. Guided SDEs and product teams in architecting robust HLDs for new business launches.
• Product Management: Partnering with product managers and business leaders as internal clients to help them create product requirements & use cases for all new launches on Amazon to be financially compliant and have 100% automation. Translating business requirements to technical systems impacted and decode to SDEs for development work. Have enabled 30 product launches on Amazon in six years.

• Responsible for credit control and accounts receivable of 2600 corporate accounts giving an annual revenue of INR 150Cr+. Monitored credit exposure by creating dashboards to bring in operational efficiency.
• Guided the tech team to develop a new portal which automated the problem of manual accounts reconciliation impacting close to INR 50lacs business daily.
• Conceptualized and performed credit rating of 2000+ corporate accounts, Sales Managers, Regional Heads based on their credit behavior, payments track record and business performance. Automated this through tech development, for finance to take data driven decisions in dealing with credit.
• Strategized and developed a policy to link financial performance with incentives of 2000+ sales personnel. Created a process-flow matrix, got it approved and automated the process for monthly release of incentives.

• Founding member reporting directly to the board. It is a Social-Impact Startup, generating employment at bottom of pyramid.
• Prepared the Business Model including cash flow projections for next three years, industry trends, performed valuation and submitted to get it successfully incubated at KIIT-TBI Incubation center, Bhubaneswar.
• Generated INR 30lacs angel funding by participating in the Incubation Support Program of Villgro Innovations Foundation. Lead it end to end from submitting preliminary business plan to evaluation, due-diligence, presentation with investors and closing.

• Performed a detailed Bilateral Trade analysis of Qatar vs GCC Nations over last three years to understand the impact of GCC’s embargo on Qatar’s economy.

• Strategized & formalized the roadmap for effective project scheduling of installation activities at World’s largest Petrochemical Complex- Reliance, Jamnagar in tandem with on-going operational engagements at refinery.
• Inventory Management: Oversaw demand forecasting and logistics management at the refinery site to match project timelines. Facilitated material planning, quality Inspections & goods-clearances driving in revenues worth USD 0.8MM.
