  • As part of Avaya to Genesys migration ,worked on designing and building whole reporting application architecture for a dual CME Environment and delivering custom reports based on business requirement.
  • Worked on deploying Icon/infomart database architecture and achieved no single point failure at any given point of time , building custom partition on the table and maintaining large volume of data in the database.
  • Developed real time replication of infomart table for sending data and transforming data for custom reports through oracle golden gate and hence achieved reduction in sql execution time from 30 min to 20 sec.
  • Being subject matter expert in genesys infomart was responsible for all data analysis and troubleshooting.
  • Done small project on end to end development of reporting UI using angular framework , designing the front end and calling backend end data from icon/infomart.
