• Working for a client called Telstra- It is Australia;s leading telecommunications and technology company,offering a full range of communications services and competing in all telecommunication markets
• Responsibilities- I am working as a project manager in telstra since oct 2020, My role is to delivered service to clients to maintain and extend relations for future business oppurtunities.
• My role includes- discussing the scope with the sales ,Customer , Understanding the risk associated with it, constructing a timeline ,working from start to end, Maintaining the risk and issue's ,managed multiple deadline to meet dynamic needs of clients, Weekly and fortnightly updates to clients on how the service is working and at which stage.
• Steps on delivering 1 project-First project assigned to Project Manager 2. we schedule kick off call with sales to undertand scope and deliverables and expectation of a client 3. We schedule kick off call with clients to schedule a call ato understand their expectation 4. we move our project to implementation's and sent scope document to customer to verify and sign .5. We shared weeklyfortnighlty to sales and customer 6. if project stuck at some point we escalate it 7. any issue like customer site not accessible, or cableing needs to done we take approval from them reg costing and all 7. once the carraige is delviered we schedule appointment for router installation.8. Once the appointment is completed , after we send them closure report to sign. 9 . At last we take feedback and close the project.
• Working on Tools like PPM,AMDOCS,CNS-DI,TABLEAU,POWER BI, TECAMS, IDEAL, ETC.
