• Problem Solution: Implemented a process that triggers a call to the BPResource database and fetches the status of the resources that are Logged out
• It logs in to the logged out machines and triggers the process on them
• Modified the Automate C scripts to trigger them through a controller resource
• This removed the manual intervention of the Control Room team to trigger the process on a machine whenever it is free

• This project was implemented on purpose of getting the total utilization time for each BOT in the system
• Responsibilities : Created a stored procedure in the database and used it by establishing a connection in Blue Prism and calling it
• Fetched the data from the query into a collection , later extracted it into an excel to send it to the required audience
• Project : Mercer Utility- Install Printer Utility
• This basically dealt with the installation of printers on the machine and setting them as default automatically
• A particular business requirement wanted that some documents be printed on the server side which the business wanted to review manually before proceeding further
• For that, the printers needed to be installed and set as default on the VDI machines
