Poject Name :- Proposed construction of Prefabricated structure for Munitions India Ltd. (MIL) Museum at Mayur Garden, AFK, Pune.

Location :- Mayur Garden, AFK, Khadaki, Pune.

Duties and Responsibilities :-

• Submitting the daily work report and the workers' attendance book report to the company.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and activities.
• Water tank reinforcement works, waterproofing, and formwork with subcontractors.
• Properly plan the work, and explain the tasks to the subcontractors.
• Optimized site operations by implementing effective scheduling and resource allocation strategies.
• Reduced construction costs through diligent evaluation of materials and suppliers, ensuring best value without compromising quality.
• Mentored junior engineers to help them grow professionally while enhancing their skills in site engineering practices.

Project Name :- Construction of 8 nos. Of crossing stations and 7 nos. Of additional loop lines at existing stations of Konkan Railway in the Ratnagiri and Karwar region.

Location :- Ratnagiri & Karwar.

Duties and responsibilities :-

• Preparing bills for the Konkan Railway project.
• Visiting the project site for a survey.
• Preparing daily, weekly, and monthly reports covering the progress of work.
• Excavation and backfilling, area grading work.
• Properly plan the work, explain the tasks to the mason and the workers, and have them complete them throughout the day.
• Submitting the daily work report, the worker attendance book report, and the site store book report to the company.
• Aided in the development of detailed 3D models using advanced software tools, providing clear visual representations of proposed structures for clients'' understanding.
• Improved project efficiency by assisting in the development and implementation of engineering plans.
• Contributed to the successful completion of numerous projects by diligently following established engineering principles and industry best practices.
