Roles And Responsibilities

Responsible for carrying out all activities related to the Order query till the Production/Shipment stages. Coordination with PD/Design team for new range of merchandise clothing, costing, and strict follow-ups for acquiring orders on the same and ensuring to meet the deadline as per the client requirement. Correspondence with buyer/buying houses merchant & another concern department regularly to keep track of orders, approval of samples, fabric, trims/accessories, testing, plan PPM, and QA inspections. To prepare and submission like-proto, pilot/SMS, fit, size set, sealer, pps, top, shipment, testing samples, lab dip, strike off, bit loom, initial and bulk lots, bulk lots, bulk trim card, etc. and get comments/approval from buyer. Responsible for handling any kind of merchandising activities for a particular territory. Taking final approval from buying merchandisers/buyers/technicians regarding samples that go into the production division & placing the order details to the production department. Follow ups orders with suppliers, internal departments, and factories to ensure customer satisfaction and on-time delivery with required quality standards. To check the production plan with the production team in terms of operation bulletin, machine allocation, line plan, planned output, proper flow of cutting, post work, stitching, finishing, packing, shipping/documentation & Finance. Generate, maintain, and update each style's T&A, Production, and Sampling Status Chart. Coordinate with a quality team to make the style production feasible, production problems, and timely inspection. Independently carrying out in-house inspections at various levels to ensure quality standards. Responsible for meeting production targets and be actively involved in cost optimization processes. Chalking out the day-to-day production plan to ensure timely order delivery. Strongly follow-ups with shipping team to ensure timely handover to forwarder as per required deadline.
