Was part of the APAC- Data Management transition team. As an SME, helped in developing and maintaining clear process maps and procedures to an agreed level of detail that informs both the internal team and client on the steps required to complete transactions associated with core HR processes. Created templates, guidelines and check lists, particularly for off system/manual processes.

Was part of standardizing France Recruitment process along with the Onshore team. Created new SOPs, dashboards, checklists and process maps for the same.
As part of quality and process improvement team, helped in better utilization of the recruitment tool (Taleo). Also, provided training to various stakeholders and internal team on Taleo.
As part of India data management team, supported the client in all Onboarding activities from preparing offer letters, sending out onboarding emails, initiating background verification and creating employee profile in the HRMS.
