• Strengthened client's in-house healthcare policy management systems for white labeling, receipting and credit card oriented payments to enhance efficiency and streamline operations to minimize labor requirements by 70%.
• Professionally interacted with product owners and client-side stakeholders to gather and assess business requirements, determine software needs, document and create use cases and user stories on tools like Confluence and JIRA, respectively.

• Monitored and frequently reported on status of assigned jira issues to clients and verified that solutions meet client requirements and quality standards.
• Facilitated client staff and stakeholder meetings to discuss expected and desired behavior of assigned jira issues.
• Investigated system issues and implemented resolutions to reduce downtime.

Patient Value Intern (Market Access )

Project: 24 Carats- Creating a strategy for the premium cancer drugs based on the company's Healthcare Transformation Plan (HTP) framework for the top 24 PSUs (Maharatnas & Navaratnas) of India.

• Profiled PSUs based on their demography, existing healthcare systems, epidemiology, regulatory & healthcare policy landscape.
• Identified and established different citizen segments (from payor lens), prioritized them for transformation or access to Roche innovation.
• Assessed patient journeys of prioritized citizen segments, plot mapped leverage points & its barriers, selected & rated right leverage points that could act as Sources of Transformation (SoT).
• Identified the key stakeholders & competing players, including their characteristics, roles in care, unmet needs & motivational drivers. Mapped stakeholders specific to prioritized segment.
• Performed a gaps analysis in stakeholder's current experience & the ideal stakeholder experience to inspire behavioral changes amongst them to accelerate healthcare transformation of the PSU segment.

• Managed existing and new articles, worked on creation of high quality content and took final stance on articles to be published.
• Coordinated, allocated and monitored team of 10 staff members working on different articles and managed impediments via tracking sheets to reduce turnaround time of articles to be sent for publishing by 25%.
