• Centralize Inventory Control Systems and its perfect mapping with follow Good Warehouse Practices System with handling experience in SAP,ERP,e-track,LIMS,Tantra,QMS (BRM), EMS, HMI, (Wi-fi) system flow.
• Participating the Managerial Committee Meetings,Budgeting and provide inputs for increasing productivity and optimizing the resources.
• Responsible to ensure compliance cGMP by efficient / cost effective manner in handling all input material, Engineering material, Production consumable in Warehouse area and shall meet regulatory requirement with all aspects at all Inventory Process Control.
• Responsible for creating necessary procedures in Warehouse Management and ensure their strict implementation as per Regulatory/ Statutory compliance.
• Ensuring timely closer of Change Controls, Incident, Deviations and CAPA related to Warehouse.
• Supervise up to 80 Staff Members & 4 units of plants warehouse operation system in individual, including preparing weekly rosters & leading staff evolution.
• Responsible for active participation along with Purchase Department to workout Minimum Stock Level for effective inventory management of all materials.
• Responsible for close coordination with Purchase,Procurement Department and QC Department for timely Sampling, Approval and Issuance of materials.
• Ensuring the departmental KPI’s for improvement of skill management of the performance level
• Managed internal communications and presentations with regards to core performance metrics, program updates and ongoing informational program.
• Respond to all customer complaints or queries in an efficient manner and initiate the CAPA/ NCs on time& its closing through calibre, Track wise software.
• Analysis and periodic review of all the Standard Procedures and systems for effectiveness.
• Take a lead for conducting periodic audits to ensure the procedural adherence responsible for Internal / External audit and ensure that they comply QAMS with audit norms.
• Coordinate & Monitor of Incoming and outgoing stock levels & carry out periodic stock takes.
• Supervision of proper handling of Rejected / Damaged materials. Ensuring the Daily, Monthly & Yearly cycle count for maintaining exact stock level within the inventory.
• Responsible for Daily report,Monthly report,Quartly report & Yearly report.
• Sourced and negotiated with suppliers for ontime delivery of manufacturing components and general,Project , Consumable, Enggineering materials.
• Cost analysis and budget control for Inventory and transportation overview.
• Forecasting the purchase requirement fulfill ontime to minimize the stock shortfalls and its rectification.
• Secure supplier capacity work along with procurement to ensure the suppliers competency level.
• Suppliers evaluation and development towards process optimization,productivity,cost and stock availability in right time at right place.
• Interact with Cross-functional team for issue handling and resolution.
• Ensuring the Day-to-Day Dispatch activities with adhering the GST, SEZ Act.
• Manage the on-time dispatch activity performance in accordance with the negotiated courier pick up time with ensuring the accurate Dispatch processed against the customer needs.
• Order Pick as per the pick list and pack for dispatch with enclosing all necessary Documents.
• Negotiation and finalization of Contractual rates with Domestic carriers and ensure that the contractor meet their On Time Delivery (OTD) KPIs.
• Track the Shipment online on Daily basis, follow-up with related Transporter.
• Coordinate with all customers for each shipment arrival (ETA) through mail or over phone.
• Handle Domestic & Export Logistics Operation.
• Having exposure in export & import of logistics operations.
• Proficient in materials Planning, Strategizing and implementing ability with demonstrated success in handling Warehouse related issue to utilized SCM for tracking Inventory.
