Current Operational Responsibilities:

• Monitor the movement of import arrivals from the terminal to the CFS, coordinating with terminal operators and transporters to ensure timely movement within the customs-stipulated time.
• Plan and organize the offloading of containers at the stacking area, ensuring 100% space utilization.
• Oversee all yard activities while ensuring adherence to safety protocols and measures.
• Supervise destuffing activities, ensuring the proper arrangement of equipment and labor as per requirements.
• Monitor the movement of destuffed empties to the liner-nominated yard within the Delivery Order (DO) validity period.
• Coordinate with customers regarding export cargo arrivals, ensuring timely offloading and stuffing of cargo within the required time frame.
• Supervise coastal import and export operations to ensure they are running smoothly and on schedule.
• Manage empty depot operations, coordinating with liners to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Oversee bond operations, maintaining optimal warehouse space utilization, and ensuring compliance with customs regulations.
• Supervise general and domestic warehouse operations, ensuring effective space utilization and that customer requirements are met.
• Tracked inventory levels, ensuring accurate stock reporting, and minimizing stock discrepancies for all the activities.
• Manage transport planning and execution, coordinating with other transporters to ensure smooth operations.
