Kinaxis Rapid Response Implementation for a Leading Global Beverage Company (Tea Manufacturer & Distributor)- Kinaxis Solution Consultant (Oct’22- Present)

• Facilitated workshops and requirement gathering sessions aimed at tailoring Kinaxis Rapid Response's Out of the Box functionalities to align with the client's supply chain needs and processes.
• Administered configuration changes and build of Kinaxis Rapid Response resources to achieve Supply Planning requirements around- Forecast Consumption, Vendor Constraint Modeling, Repack Scenario, Aggregate Supply Planning and MPS.
• Designed and led the execution of Supply Planning SIT scripts. Worked closely with internal stakeholders across functions and streams to promptly resolve defects.
• SI Team POC for Europe Region (Supply Planning Workstream)- Conducted Business Testing Enablement sessions for Planners. Collaborated with client stakeholders to execute test cases and oversaw the resolution of all BT defects, addressing knowledge gap issues specific to the Europe region.
• Provided Hypercare Support Post Go Live. Devised KT plan for AMS/DevOps team and ensured smooth handover.
• Conducted effort estimations and formulated detailed Solution Designs for medium to high complexity Change Requests (CRs) aimed at enhancing the MVP solution. Executed Build of critical CRs on Kinaxis Supply and Demand Planning.

Project Planning Solution enhancement for a Multinational Mobility (Train-Loco) Provider – Kinaxis Solution Consultant

• Supported in Requirement Gathering and Spearheaded the design and build of 5 Use Cases for enhancement of Client’s MPS module (Project Planning on Kinaxis Application).
• Managed end to end delivery of use cases- Design, Build, Testing and Post Go Live Support.
• Collaborated with client stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery and adoption of change through documentation, 1-1 on call support and query redressals.
• Led onboarding of a new planning site on Kinaxis for Project Planning as an additional requirement from client- Requirement Analysis, Data Mapping, and Integration of source system data into Kinaxis, Support for Troubleshooting of errors.

Integrated Supply Chain Transformation Project (Kinaxis Rapid Response Deployment) for a Major Tobacco Company with Global footprint-Kinaxis Solution Consultant | DevOps Consultant | Business Analyst

• Configured Kinaxis solution to deliver user stories related to Planning of New Generation Products (custom reports and supply planning functionalities- Alternate BOM and Shortage report) – Active involvement in requirement gathering discussions, demos, and testing.
• Helped Improve System performance- Streamlined Alert creation and governance process (significantly improving user experience), Administered Scenario Management activities impacting system performance, corrected design elements to improve system performance.
• Kinaxis Admin Role- Handled all admin related work, ensured support to Development team in implementing Integration changes and resource movements between environments, provided support for daily job monitoring. Managed more than 1000+ User accounts in Test and Production environments, resolved multiple Kinaxis access issues for users and external suppliers.

• Actively Supported Accenture’s initiatives to enhance the count of certified Kinaxis practitioners. Collaborated with Kinaxis and organized expert-led training sessions on Planet Together.
• Facilitated practitioners in navigating Kinaxis Certification Program. Acted as POC for all certification related queries- provided support on issues related to certification exam registrations, Coupon codes, Self-Learning courses and other training materials.
• Volunteered as trainer for Kinaxis Bootcamp sessions on Kinaxis Alerts and Scheduling, aiding practitioners as they progress along their Kinaxis Learning Path.
• Curated Template for Kinaxis Shadow Program for Global use– Prepared Streamwise detailed Plan.

Proposals

• Executed secondary research and assisted team in creating proposal deck for the initial discussion with client stakeholders. Helped in compilation and classification of requirements/user stories for preparation of Vendor Assessment Asset for CPG clients.

• Led 12+ Member Team in the Motor Maintenance and Switchgear Department. Responsible for workforce deployment during critical power failures. Worked on multiple Energy Saving, Process Optimization and Digital Upgradation Projects.
• Created digital database for 500+ critical equipments, analyzed data for effective maintenance.
• Carried out a study on existing HT Motors and proposed 6 new installations. Improved efficiency by 20% of coal mill motors.
• POC, NABL accreditation of 3+ testing & calibration labs, handled compilation of quality manual.
