  • Took over the Cluster during the Peak Covid Protocol Restrictions with 12 Branches and 30 Crores of Liability Book. Within 13 Months, handed over the Cluster with 20 Branches and 68 Crores of Liability Book even in the midst of all Covid Protocol Challenges (01st wave and 02nd Wave).
  • Shifted 07 Branches to Permanent Locations/opened 2 Branches in Permanent Locations itself and soft launched 5 more Branches after identifying permanent premises.
  • Recruited 64 Staffs in 6 months (met 95 % of the Manpower Budget) with significant Numbers from the Local Market itself.
  • Started Gold Loan Business in 12 Branches and Registered a Growth of 13 Crores in the Outstanding Book in less than an year with very few Overdue Accounts.
  • Initiated Microbanking Business in 7 more Branches during my tenure.
  • Initiated the Prestigious Gothra Suraksha CSR and Branding Initiative for facilitating the Covid Vaccination of Tribal Community in Wayanad District in coordination with District Collector's Office.

  • Grown the Total Liability Book from 1990 Crores at the time of Taking Over to 2875 Crores as on 31st August (at the time of Cluster Division into Ernakulam & Muvattupuzha Clusters) A Growth of 375 Crores in 5 Months in the FY 2023 -24 before handing over Muvattupuzha Cluster.
  • Grown the Total Liability Book of new Ernakulam Cluster (with 11 Branches against 22 Branches previously) by 464 Crores against the Target of 247 Crores in the FY 2024 - 25.
  • CASA Growth of 117 Crores against the Target of 93 Crores, one of the few Clusters which had achieved the CASA Value Target in FY 2023 - 24.
  • All Branches (except the newly soft launched ones) got Break even within short span of time as per the latest Profitability MIS and 4 B1 Branches contributing the highest Profitability PAN India. Cluster made a YTD Net Profit of around 60 Crores with 8 Branches (excluding soft launched Branches) as on 31st January 2024.
  • Achieved 101 % of the LI Revenue Target (Made a Drastic Turnaround from 26 % in October 2023 to 101 % by March 31st).
  • Grown 17 Crores in Gold Loan Outstanding Book with 9 Branches only doing Gold Loan Business (2/9 Branches started Gold Loan in September 2023 only), achieved 63 % of the Annual Target, 03rd highest in NW 1.
  • No Adverse Audit Comment or untoward Incidents in any of the Branches in the Cluster.
  • Groomed the best Performing BH in the Cluster as the new CH for the newly formed Muvattupuzha Cluster.

  • Consistently awarded as the most admired Zonal Head in all the 3 Zones handled for outperforming the Business Targets and also for far exceeding the expectations in all the Qualitative parameters like Compliance, Internal Control and Operational effectiveness.
  • Managed most of the Zones successfully including the largest Zone (Dubai Zone 1) in terms of Revenue/Operational Profit & number of branches.
  • Identified & ignited the operations of around 10 branches in the most strategic locations like RAK Mall in Ras Al Khaimah, World Trade Centre Mall and Mafreq Industrial Area in Abudhabi, IBN Batuta Mall, Burj Khalifa Metro Station, JLT Metro Station, Damac Metro Station, etc in Dubai.

  • Turn Around the Branch Performance in all the parameters in a very short span of time by:
  • Building the Liability Books of the Branch from 10 crores to 22 crores in less than a year.
  • Significantly improved the Cost to Income Ratio of the Branch and attained the Break even by focusing on the CASA book size, High Ticket Asset Products like EEG, BBG and Agri Lending to HNI & Corporate Clients. Branch could disburse around 9 crores in EEG & Retail Agri Lending in 2010 - 2011.
  • Enhanced the Retail Asset disbursement like Auto Loan/Home Loan/Gold Loan, etc phenomenally. Branch was able to disburse 2.5 crores of Auto Loan & 6 crores of Home Loan in 9months period.
  • Outperformed the assigned targets for the Revenue from Third Party Products like Life & General Insurance, Mutual Funds, Bonds etc.
  • Played a vital role in building the Liability Balance sheet of the Branch from 38 crores to 54 crores in 2 years.
  • Acquisition of a bunch of Key Clients and numerous HNI NR Customers.
  • Equipped the Branch to attain the Best Performing Branch in all parameters including Retail Assets & Third-Party Products from Kottayam Cluster in 2010 - 2011.
  • Had a pivotal role in changing the mindset of erstwhile Centurion Bank of Punjab (CBOP) employees and bringing to the culture of HDFC Bank when the merger took place in the year 2008 as my Branch had a mix of employees from HDFC Bank, erstwhile CBOP and Lord Krishna Bank.
