Experience Summary:

i)Supervision of Electrical:

• Lead a team of supervisors, foremen, electricians, technicians, and other staff. Provide guidance, direction, and support to ensure that electrical projects and daily tasks are completed efficiently and to the required standards.

Planning and scheduling:

• Create L4 work schedules, allocate resources, and plan projects to ensure that work is completed on time and within budget.

Installation and Testing:

• Construction work for 33/4.16 kVA substation erection and testing, invoices DCS, DCM, FGS, ESD, MCC, panel installation, and testing.
• UPS panel, battery charger panel, battery bank installation and testing, cable ladder, and mesh tray installation.
• Lighting JB, RCU Unit, Installation and Testing, Internal Power and Control Cable Laying, Termination.
• Heat tracing installation of self-regulating cable, MI cable, EKL cable, and all types of cable laying, testing, and troubleshooting.
• Heat tracing JB, LT, controller, Probox, and JB installation, testing, and commissioning.

ii) Supervision Instrumentation:

• Lead a team of supervisors, foremen, electricians, technicians, and other staff. Provide guidance, direction, and support to ensure that electrical projects and daily tasks are completed efficiently and to the required standards.

Planning and scheduling:

• Create L4 work schedules, allocate resources, and plan projects to ensure that work is completed on time and within budget.

Installation and Testing:

• Erection of junction boxes, control panels, cable trays, cable glanding and termination, erection of impulse lines, and testing.
• Instrument installation of loop and non-loop (temperature, pressure, level, and flow transmitters at liquid, steam, air, gas, and oil lines).
• Knowledge to handle P&ID, hookup diagram, location drawing, DCS layout logic diagram, cable schedule and termination list, instrument index, and I/O list.

Calibration and Troubleshooting:

• Ensure that all instruments are properly calibrated to maintain accuracy and reliability.
• This involves scheduling and conducting routine calibration activities.
• Quickly diagnose and resolve issues with instrumentation and control systems when they malfunction or become out of specification. They coordinate repairs or replacements of faulty equipment.
• Calibration of all types of field transmitters, indicators, temperature elements, local gauges, control valves, on-off valves, switches, and controllers.

Commissioning:

• To lead the console operating system of DCS (Honeywell, ABB, and GE).
• To lead cable continuity checks, SAT testing, loop checking (dry/wet), troubleshooting for ESD, and all field instruments, as well as supporting document preparation.
• Open loop and closed loop control systems I/O module signal checking, fire and gas equipment such as infrared flame detectors, hydrocarbon gas detectors, ultrasonic gas leak detectors, mass flow, and flow meters (electromagnetic, orifice plate, variable area, turbine, vortex, and ultrasonic) of ABB and Rosemount.
• To lead and involve transmitter level transmitters (radar level, magnetic float level, and ultrasonic level), level switches, DPT type level and pressure transmitters, pressure switches, temperature transmitters, temperature elements, and flow transmitters (DP type flow transmitters, magnetic type, vertex, Coriolis, and nuclear type).
• Knowledge & Handle with Hart 475, Trex, all types of pressure and temperature source equipment, field bus, fiber optic, CAT-6 cables.
