Since joining the department in December 2023, I have actively participated in numerous projects, some of which are outlined below:

Project 1: Data Management and Streamlining In this project, I developed Python scripts to manage and streamline unstructured data. My responsibilities included cleaning, transforming, and organizing the data to ensure its quality and usability. Tools used : Python, Jupyter Notebook.

Project 2: Process Improvement through Data Analysis I spearheaded a project that involved analyzing data to identify opportunities for process improvement. The insights gained from this analysis led to enhanced efficiency within the workplace. Tools used : Alteryx, Excel.

In my current role, I am also entrusted with the responsibility of auditing daily reports on skills, breaks, and overtime segments. Additionally, I contribute to the firm’s upskilling initiative as a Maestro, imparting knowledge on fundamental topics such as Machine Learning and SQL to enhance the skill set of our employees. My active involvement in these areas underscores my commitment to continuous learning and development within the workplace.
