• Bridges : Important 2 Nos. , Major 16 Nos., Minor 66 Nos.

• Level Crossings : Existing- 10 Nos. , 8 to be Replaced by RUB & 2 by ROB

• Extension of RUBs : 8 Nos. in lieu of existing L.C. No. 44,45,46,53

• ROB : 1 No. in lieu of L.C. No. 55A Km 120/3

• Project Cost : 3570 Crore

Overall Planning, Supervision & Monitoring of Civil works i.e Bridge work, Earthwork, Buildings & Station Development etc. in 3 nos of Package:-

1. Construction of Major bridges, Minor Bridges, Drains, retaining wall,extension of Limited height Subway/RUB, Ballast supply and Earthwork in the section from Ch. 2060 to Ch. 8800 and From Ch.16800 to CH. 30000 between Virar (Excluding) and Palghar(Excluding). Cost of Pkg- INR 227.83 Crore

2. Construction of Station Buildings, Service Buildings, New Platforms, New FOBs, Staff quarters, Tower Wagon shed, extension of existing platforms, existing FOBs Bridges, Earthwork for Railway formation including associated General Electrification works and OHE works, and dismantling of existing structures at various stations in connection with Quadrupling of Virar – Dahanu Road through 3-LOTs. LOT I – All proposed structures in the section between Virar (Including) and Vaitarana (Including) Stations”. Cost of Pkg- INR 203.56 Crore

3. Construction of Station buildings, service buildings, New Platforms, New FOBs, Staff quarters, Tower wagon shed; Extension of existing platforms, existing FOBs, bridges; earthwork for Railway formation; and dismantling of existing structures at various stations in connection with Quadrupling of Virar-Dahanu Road of balance 2 LOTs. Lot-II: All proposed structures in the section between Vaitarana (Excluding)- Palghar (Including) Stations. Cost of Pkg- INR 208.42 Crore

Project:-Project Management Consultancy for “construction of roadbed, major & minor bridges, track linking (excluding supply of rails and main line PSC sleepers), S&T, OHE, TSS & general electrical works in connection with doubling between Kota and Bina (282.576 kms in three packages) excluding Ruthiyai-Guna section on Kota and Bhopal divisions of west central railway in the state of Rajasthan and Madhya pradesh, India”

Specific Achievement During the Tenure:-

⮚ Successful CRS inspection & Speed Trail of Baran-Salpura section (40.2 Km)in Dec- 2018 being Overall in-charge for Formation & Bridge work for One Block Section. Additional responsibility of overall documentation work during CRS & presentation.

⮚ Successful CRS inspection & Speed Trail of Sogaria-Bhonra section in Feb-2020 (28.3 Km) being Overall in-charge for Formation & Bridge work for One Block Section. Additional responsibility of overall documentation work during CRS & presentation.

⮚ Successful CRS inspection & Speed Trail of Bhonra-Bijora section in April-2021(25.70 Km) being overall in-charge for Civil work for One Block Section. Additional responsibility of overall documentation work during CRS & presentation.

⮚ Successful Renovation & Redevelopment of Sogaria Station as a satellite station of Kota Jn. with direct supervision. The redeveloped Sogaria station was innagurated by Hounerable Lok Sabha speaker on dtd 05.01.2022.

⮚ Successful CRS inspection & Speed Trail of Bijora-Baran section in Mar-2022(13.2Km) being overall monitoring In-charge for Civil/P-way work.

⮚ Preparation & subsequent finalization of revised estimate of kota-Bina Doubling Project.

⮚ Preparation of estimate for approx 84 nos of works (approx 150 crores) of kota-Bina Doubling Project.

⮚ Certification of RA bills of all Contractors of Pkg-1 from PMC.

⮚ Preparation of PVC & GST impact bills of Pkg-1 Contracts.

⮚ Successful load testing Bridge no.14 & 18 (major) in SGAC-BON Section & preparation of final report.

⮚ Resolution of contractual matters with client & contractors and settlement of disputes amicably.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Role:

● Review of bills of quantities and item lists.

● Value engineering to achieve functionality, safety, speed of execution and quality at lower costs by evaluation of different options.

● Preparation and certification of bills and invoices from Client.

● Construction supervision of civil works at site, including safety, quality and timeschedule.

● Analysis of variation claims by contractors /vendors and closing of the same.

● Contracts Administration and enforcement at site. Coordination with own team to ensure smooth execution and handover detail information.
