This group is leader in Stamping Technology for Electrical and Automotive Industries having 7 Manufacturing plants in China, 2 R&D Center in China, 1 Manufacturing Plant in Bangalore, 1 Manufacturing Plant in Thailand, 1 in Mexico and 1 in Hungry. - In order to cater domestic market in India, Assigned to establish the Manufacturing Unit in India. Jinrong Bangalore is the manufacturer of sheet metal stamping parts for Automotive and Electrical Industries. Main customers- Schneider Electric, Joyson and Daicel.

Job Responsibility

- Engaged in Starting from Company registration, location finalization, Factory shed searching, Machine & Equipments buying, Installation, trail and successfully running the machines.

- Engaged in all the recruitment process including Plant Head, Tooling Technology Manager, Purchase, HR and Admin, Finance etc and build the right team who can drive the organizational goal.

- Engaged in bringing the right mix of 5 M i.e. Man, Machine, Material, Method and Measurement.

- Engaged in establishing Quality Management Systems within the organization.

- Engaged in Purchase, Sales and Marketing.
