    2021 IRE Medal (editor) for Careless: an investigation into nursing home funding


    2021 Goldsmith Prize (editor). IndyStar's Mauled and Careless projects were 2 of 6 finalists


    2017: IRE Tom Renner Award (director). Code of Silence: an investigation into witness protection was named finalist


    2016: IRE Medal (director) for Out of Balance: an investigation into sexual abuse at USA Gymnastics. Project received numerous other awards, including Newseum's Free Expression Award in 2018 and has been featured in the Emmy-winning documentary Athlete A.
