- Process AP through Bill.com, RHO, and the Ramp portal.
- Reconcile the sales data that processes through Stripe, Shopify, PayPal, and Amazon, and book the same in the books.
- Reconcile banks and credit cards at month-end into the books.
- Track vendors' payments and W-9 forms for 1099 reporting. Also, prepare the 1099 working at year-end, and share the data with the Tax team for filing.
- Track employee reimbursements that are paid through Expensify, to reconcile, and book the same in the correct GL in accounting software.
- Books payroll accruals with payroll reports that are processed through Gusto, TriNet, ADP, and Rippling.
