  • Led a strategic Geographical Expansion Project in Uttarakhand, overcoming challenges such as hilly terrain, unstructured distribution channels, and limited market data. Successfully identified key vegetable markets, tested hybrid seeds for optimal product fitment, and appointed new distributors to strengthen market presence. Established partnerships with mandi agents, NGOs, and KVKs, significantly increasing market reach and growing business revenue to 2.4 Cr.
