· Ensure business growth by developing & managing a network of channel partners across the assign Territory to increase market reach & better market penetration.
· Responsible for own Territory business number. Also, time to time keep on traveling throughout the Region to understand the market, market need, cropping pattern & customer behaviour.
· Survey & analysis of the current market trend within the region. Keep a close eye over the competition & tracking their activity.
· Coordinating with the team of Territory Managers regarding market development efforts in market of West Bengal, Assam & Odissa. Drive liquidation/product specific campaign across the Territory / Region and track the inventory & month wise liquidation plan. Drive the campaigns timely, effectively with relevant and right inputs / tools / medium. Enable TM to focus the right effort on field work and campaign execution.
· Working as a bridge between the regional requirements and Marketing managers to support the team with timely & product wise right marketing inputs.
· Take active participation in formulation & execution of any commercial schemes at regional level.
· Ensure timely quality report with proper compilation & required analytical inputs.
· Responsible for sample allocation, distribution and tracking.
