Study on Sustainability, Scalability and Way Forward for the MSMEs Formed Under the Year of Enterprises Initiative, Department of Industries and Commerce

• The study aims at employing entrepreneurial, economic, and social factors on one side and cognitive elements, values, attitudes, and motivations on the other to identify the factors affecting entrepreneurship from a perspective of sustainability and scalability
• Study employs mixed methodology; data collection from 3000 sample enterprises
• Same set of responsibilities with regards to undertaking the research.

Innovative Proposal Development for 'Haritha Karma Sena', Kudumbashree

• The study undertook an analysis of the Haritha Karma Sena units under Kudumbashree, to expand its scope of operations in waste management
• Responsibilities included stakeholder management, qualitative data collection, field visits to various waste management facilities and preparation of reports.

Scoping Study for the Sectoral Clustering of 5 Identified Sectors under Kudumbashree

• The study undertook an analysis of the production, market dynamics, challenges, opportunities, and growth potential within the identified sectors, namely 'Janakeeya Hotel', , Napkin Units, Pickle Units and Curry Powder Units under Kudumbashree.
• Responsibilities included stakeholder management, qualitative data collection, field visits and preparation of reports.

• Seeded and established a fully functional women's community organization, including an independent Micro-Enterprise Group (MEG), as part of the Swavlamban Project in Jangal Subhan Ali village, Pipraich block of Gorakhpur, U.P
• Conducted multiple capacity-building sessions and set up three barter shops to promote community self-sufficiency. Efficiently linked formed MEGs to relevant markets for sustainability and growth.
• Conducted feasibility studies and liaised with state government authorities for execution of the Swavlamban Project across Kerala.
• Prepared and presented reports, success stories of various livelihood groups, and essential documents to project funders like PNB Metlife and the organization's founders.

• Headed the onboarding wing of Kochi logistics
• The size of the delivery partner's team grew from around 300 to close to 5000 during my term
• Was part of the team which planted Zomato in Trivandrum
• Areas of work included handling complex data, business development, delivery partner training.
