• Visit the site and check the quality and quantity of all pipeline construction works.
• Attend site meeting/co-ordination meetings on behalf of the company.
• Handling plumbing & fire fighting works as a project in-charge.
• Prepare shop drawing/as built drawing in AutoCAD with draftsman.
• Prepare project requirements from drawing.
• Taking approvals of materials from client/consultant as per approved format/list of approved makes.
• Prepare RA Bills, quantity variations and other data entry works co-ordination with billing department.
• Report to project head/director/MD in case of major problems arising for execution.
• Maintain co-ordination with client architect and consultant in project matters.
• Maintain co-ordination with site staff.
• Prepare reconciliation report of materials for concerned project.
