Category Operations:

• Stock Planning as per Warehouse Capacity.
• Slot confirming to vendor for on time Deliveries.
• Checking all received consignment’s documents from vendors which is as per plan.
• Lot creation in advance as per shared ASN from competent authority.
• Coordinating with RO Gurugram & HO Bengaluru if any issue comes up.
• Solving inward related queries with LALA, Dexter, Dexter & Jeeves Software. (This all software is Myntra’s Own)
• Preparing the reports of received consignments on Daily, Weekly & Monthly basis.
• Issue Resolving as per Warehouse/FC calling.
• Coordinating with Vendor & Category head to resolve any issues.
• Conducting research to address shipping errors and packaging mistakes.
• Collaborating with other departments to resolve potential incoming shipment issues.

Export Logistic & Documentation in Sales & Marketing:

• Responsible for good coordination with Head Office, Plant & forwarder.
• Responsible for maintaining dispatch related reports (order’s tracker, follow up sheet) on daily basis.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Responsible for creating, Proforma invoice, Commercial Invoice, Packing List & E-way bill.
• Responsible for coordination with forwarder for arranging the Pickup.
• Responsible for solving exports related Issues.
• Having the knowledge of taking freight price Quotation from different forwarders as per customers need & present the same with them through Zoom Meeting.
• Having a good knowledge of Negotiation.
• Perfection in Pre-Shipment & Post Shipment Documentation.
• Tracking the consignment till it reaches to destination & informing delay/early reaching of consignment to customer with reasons.
• Bank Documentation, Payments follow up.
• Submitting Shipping Bill to Bank as per RBI Guidelines against Each dispatched after Custom Clearance.
• Follow up customer’s PO & dispatching goods accordingly.
• Ensure that documentation is do.
• Conducting research on available vendors to determine which vendors offer the best pricing & product quality.
• Meeting with suitable vendors/supplier to assess their products, inquire about their services, negotiate pricing, & communicate any product or service-related concerns.
• Any other work allocated by manager time to time.
• Coordinated with shipping and transport companies on behalf of clients.
• Tracked shipments processing through customs and other agencies and obtained clearances.

Warehouse Operation:

• Maintain the vendor Schedule tracker (ASN Tracker).
• Monitor daily Inward and Inventory movement
• Conduct training about GS1 QR code development and barcode scanning to maintain the Incoming shipment with higher accuracy.
• Daily vendors follow up.
• GRN and Inbound MIS prepare.
• Receipt Invoice’s submit to Finance team with necessary documents (MRC)
• Daily Inventory management
• Quality and Inbound Check points maintain to receipt the shipment
• Rejected and Non-QC passed material return to vendor
• Daily 5S and FIFO maintain
• Inventory Audit
• Responsible for providing different kind of reports to the senior management team helping them to take various strategic decisions
• Responsible for Outwards supply from generation of pick list to dispatch.
• Responsible for Generating E-way Bill.
• Responsible for dispatch 100% items to customer.
• Responsible for dispatch orders in Same Day in Outbound.
• Managing 3PL operations for Material Dispatch (Dispatch Shipments with excellent accuracy and vendors follow up).

• Processed orders on-time and without error, completing Number or better of daily quotas.
• Checked and rechecked orders before packaging and shipping items.
• Packed, secured, labeled and applied postage to materials to prepare items for shipment.
• Processed required paperwork to expedite handling of shipped and received goods.
