I am working as a SPM(Strategic Partner Management) also handling Scrum Master role in SAP labs handling access management, SAP DM tool,Assest management, Partners share point access management,Engagement checklist, Exceptions handlings, AI tool innovation and testing ,chat bot testings and implementation,Report management, Resource management,Data management, Reportings. Also handling all access part, resources trackers maintenance, ARM approvals, onboarding and off-boardings. Preparing monthly report across all partners and maintaining in a teams repository. Following agile methodology, as a Scrum master involving in all Scrum planning, daily and monthly Scrum calls with partners. Sprint planning, Cutover activities , team management.

Supported the PMO Lead cutover tasks and supported Release 1 & 2 cutover.
