Role: Product Owner:

• Specialized in delivering high-value product features, developing effective criteria for product acceptance to ensure successful outcomes and perform acceptance testing of features .
• Drive high-stakes transformation projects, defining, creating the product roadmaps, aligning team efforts towards achieving milestone goals and objectives.
• Collaborated with UI/UX design teams to develop Product Mock-ups and prototypes while setting up quality processes and guardrails, jumping into the business analysis as required.

• Implementation of Platform projects related to Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, CPQ, Experience Cloud for NielsenIQ.
• API based automation for business tools(GTS) and Nielsen Global platform for NielsenIQ.
• Development of AI based Digital Solutions for Discover and automation of operation's (Microsoft Dynamics/ Salesforce) functionalities.
