• It is one part of the PCI DSS implementation across the bank. Solution involves providing masked card instead of full card number on portal.
• Collaborated with development to understand current process.
• Collaborated with different squad for backend API to deliver mask card number and align the priorities of our squad.
• Prepared business flow diagram for incorporating mask card number in portal.
• Also prepared the impact analysis document to highlight impact areas, stakeholders and mitigation plan with team.
• Collaborated with the UX design team to prepare the actual prototype for the masked card number.

Project, Reorder Pin Letter

• It is one of epic from modernisation theme. It involved modernizing the mainframe functionality of reordering pin letters to customer addresses from the new cards platform.
• Collaborated with development to understand existing functionality.
• Extensively analysed existing process and conditions in mainframe application and documented scenarios for all card products and markets.
• Based on existing functionality created flow diagram of new process.
• Collaborated with different squad to deliver backend API for reordering pin letter, charging the fee and release of pin letter.
• Coordinated among all the squads and communicated meeting notes to keep everyone aligned.
• Collaborated with UX design team and prepared actual design for the functionality.
• Used Swagger to update documentation and test API.
• Used SQL queries for test data preparation.
• Also created test cases and tested edge cases.
• Communicated the deployment activities to all the squad.
• Gathered few test data with real users(advisors) and performed basic test in production.

Project, Card Activation Solution

• It is one of the part of PCI DSS implementation across the bank. Solution involves removing the existing IVR solution where customers have to enter full card number to activate the card and implement this new solution where card can be activated without providing full card number.
• Collaborated with advisors and support team to understand As is process.
• Brainstorming on new solution with architect and dev team.
• Communicated new solution to advisors and reviewed the same.
• Documented To be process and Process flow.
• Helped team in estimating by breaking the work.
• Coordinated with SME’s for new texts on application.
• Created user stories and test cases.
• Performed extensive testing as we had to test multiple card products and raised defects and followed up to get it resolved.
• Properly documented all the meeting notes and requirements in confluence.
• Provided training to customer support on new solution to make them aware.
• Also helped in reducing customer calls for activating the card.

Project, Starship

• It is an initiative across entire bank. It involved breaking down the generic Authorisations into specific authorisations for various systems.
• Attended high level meeting to understand the process.
• Raised queries and resolved them with SPOCS.
• Coordinated with lot of teams from Architects, different squads, Authorisation team, cluster heads and change control board.
• Reviewed and confirmed the scope from different squads.
• Understanding all the resources and its functions, all operations on resources and documenting them on confluence.
• Created new authorisations in system based on analysis.
• Collaborated with Authorisation team for user list and categorized those using pivot tables.
• Configured new roles for new authorisation and user list.
• Presented the changes to cluster head and got them approved.
• Attended CAB meeting, presented the changes and got the request approved.
• Performed accessibility testing in syst and prod environment.

Project, Auth Admin Tool

• Authadmin tool was a major initiative which would provide one place access for all the applications.
• Meeting with stakeholders to understand the current process.
• Prepared Gap sheet, consolidated gaps of team and followed up with stakeholders.
• Involved in preparation prototype for the application.
• Participated in estimation and Sprint planning sessions.
• Followed up with stakeholders regarding queries or included them in backlog grooming.
• Reviewing the test cases.

Project, Modifier Maintenance Auto

• Project was a big success as it reduced lot of manual maintenance work which has resulted in cost and time savings.
• Meeting with product owner and stakeholders to understand the workflow change.
• Asking the team for estimates and helping in preparing the roadmap once the estimates are finalized.
• Engaged stakeholders understanding the current workflows and helping in designing the new workflow.
• Follow up with stakeholders regarding queries or include them in backlog grooming.

Project, Host on cloud

• Successfully migrated all the applications to AWS cloud. This has resulted in major cost savings, less or no maintenance and benefitted in area of disaster recovery.
• Had worked as Business Analyst where in had to work with client PO who would communicate and manage initiatives.
• Participated in backlog grooming sessions.
• Refurbished acceptance criteria where in more details would be added into user stories which development team would understand.
• Created stories for deploying application to AWS using terraform.
• Underwent AWS training along with team.
• Smoke testing to check if application is up and running.
• Also played role of QA where have to perform accessibility and basic functional testing once application was hosted.
• Communicated the performance improvements using developer tools.

Project, Oracle to Postgres

• Project was a big success where 12 major applications were successfully migrated from Oracle to Postgres.
• Attended meeting with product owner and team to clarify product vision for the team.
• Learnt postgres and used it in the project.
• Involved in backlog grooming session along with different team who were involved in this project.
• Created test cases, Integration test cases and execution.
• Defect analysis and retesting to check if defect fixed.
• Removing the impediments by contacting the stakeholders and following up with other dev teams and their respective product owners.
• Pre-cutover Testing.

Project, Concept Modernisation

• This is an ongoing activity for multiple projects. Enhancements were made in various tools which include Concept tool, Bulk Edit tool, Pref display tool and many more.
• Understanding various enhancements and deriving user stories out of them.
• Worked with PO and team in creating user stories for QAs.
• Enhancements were related to content workflows which include concepts, description and their attributes and domains, adding new set of codes for concepts, retiring codes, reviewing concepts and many more.
• Testing all scenarios for various codes like ICD10, CPT, SNOMED CT and LOINC.
• Created test cases, boundary level cases and executed them.
• Trained user on the test cases and supported them in UAT.
• Involved in all sprint events right from backlog grooming to retrospective.
• Designing test plan and helping in execution.

Project, Policy Enhancements (POE)

• This is an ongoing enhancement activity for policy module. Various enhancements related to rider, related to business rules and enhancement related to agent module.
• Understanding various enhancements and deriving user stories out of them.
• Enhancements were related to policy and agent module.
• Involved in Gap analysis phase and clarified the gaps with business by taking follow ups.
• Involved in test case writing and was also involved in executing the automation scripts which used Gherkin approach.
• Tested all scenarios related to riders, business rules.
• Performed Regression testing, sanity testing and raised bugs.
• Was also involved in understanding Agent’s module which include functionalities like Agent commission, intimating due dates for their customers etc.
• Prepared scenarios for the above functionalities and reviewed the same with business users.
• Was involved in preparing test plan and test summary report.
• Involved in all sprint events right from backlog grooming to retrospective.
• Involved in executing the test case in QA and staging environment.

Project, MPSO

• This was a banking project. It involved developing product to provide cross selling features like credit card, line of credit etc when customers would open their accounts with bank.
• Involved in Gap analysis phase and clarified the gaps with business by taking follow ups.
• Involved in test case writing and was also involved in executing the automation scripts which used Gherkin approach.
• Created Test Plan and reviewed with Audit team.
• Involved in creation of Test scenarios, Test cases, Raising defects and Retesting.
• Performed Regression testing, sanity testing, Smoke testing and end to end testing.
• Was involved in creating test summary report.
• Involved in all sprint events right from backlog grooming to retrospective.
• Involved in executing the test case in QA and staging environment.
