Sales, Customer Retention & Proof of Concepts (POCs) (40%):

• Partner with sales teams to demonstrate the value of the Company’s solutions to prospective clients through POCs and technical deep dives.
• Collaborate with customers to ensure retention by delivering impactful AI/ML-driven insights and solutions tailored to their needs.
• Act as a trusted advisor for customers, ensuring alignment between their business objectives and our data science strategies.

Data Science Projects (30%)

• Lead the execution of high-impact data science projects from ideation to deployment, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Oversee the development of scalable AI/ML models and prototypes that enhance operational efficiency and decision-making for customers.

• Experience: Overall, 21+ years of experience, and I have proven experience in applying machine learning, deep learning, and data analysis within the retail, supply chain, and fin-tech domains.
• Technical Skills: Hands-on expertise in generative AI techniques, prototyping, SQL, R, and Python for statistical analysis and programming.
• Customer-Facing Skills: Strong ability to engage with customers, understand their needs, and deliver tailored solutions that drive business outcomes.
• Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey complex concepts to diverse audiences.
• Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams, and manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously.

• Lead and grow the Data Science & Machine Learning team
• Develop data-driven insights and solutions with advanced analytics (machine learning, deep learning, and statistical models) to extract insights from large, proprietary agronomic data sources.
• Identify, implement, and present the results of research on ways machine learning approaches can improve decisions, add value to services, and contribute to the advancement of ideas.
