Adept at building the high-performing teams with excellent employee engagement. Strong track record of delivering the business results by cultivating a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement and technical excellence.
As an Engineering Leader at Atlassian Marketplace, I focus on driving app adoption, customer engagement, and improving customer satisfaction (CSAT). Over the past four years, I helped grow Marketplace’s Gross Merchandise Value (GMV) from $1 billion to $4 billion by delivering key business outcomes.

My responsibilities include:
I led a multi-team, multi-quarter cloud transformation project for a B2B enterprise network product, building it from the ground up. I oversaw the development of the new SaaS offering, including the cloud UI and core transaction service. Starting with a team of 17, I grew it to 40 members, including three Engineering Managers, and successfully delivered the MVP.
Key responsibilities included:
As part of Intuit’s Payments Ecosystem team, I contributed to managing the end-to-end money movement for digital payments, including merchant onboarding, payment settlement, and risk management. I took ownership of two critical modules—Risk Management and Chargebacks—and successfully transitioned them from the US to the India team.
Key responsibilities included:
In this role, I developed expertise in Agile methodologies and leadership, alongside my individual contributions. I led an Airbus project focused on helping pilots manage aircraft shear load. I traveled to Airbus headquarters in Toulouse, France, to negotiate the initial project contract and later facilitated a successful project handover.
Key responsibilities included:
This role has been one of the most rewarding experiences of my career. As a Senior Software Engineer, I was deeply involved in hands-on coding, but the most valuable aspect was collaborating with global teams. I developed a strong understanding of the B2B/SCM domain and enhanced my skills in conducting technical interviews.
Key responsibilities included:
The product was a comprehensive healthcare solution designed to integrate key entities such as patients, physicians, and insurance providers, streamlining their interactions within a unified platform. I was actively involved in all stages of the product lifecycle, from initial design to implementation and bug-fixing.
During this period, I enhanced my object-oriented programming (OOP) skills, refining my ability to design modular and reusable components, which significantly improved system maintainability and performance.
During this period, I served as a computer faculty member and a corporate trainer specializing in Java and design patterns. Subsequently, as a contract employee, I primarily handled CSS and JavaScript changes for the JSP-based frontend.
