• Ensuring daily payouts and funding to merchants to avoid any escalation and business loss.
• Reconciling order label data from panel vs. collection received.
• Escalating issues of reconciliation with tech and resolving the same.
• Working with the tech team to avoid manual efforts on payouts and trying to improve the manual process.
• Ensuring accounting completeness on month-end closing.
• Preparing profitability statement of services (Movies, Bus, Train, Flight, etc.)
• Providing required data to auditors and compliance team.
• Checking vendor invoice and validating with provision, and releasing vendor payment.

• Responsibility:-
• Reconciling of Ticket Booked/Refund of Travel Party's( Flight,Bus,and IRCTC) with our DSR and Vendor DSR with vendor wise.
• Raising Fund against booked ticket to vandor as per there payment terms.
• Reconciling AEPS,MATM,Aadharpay,DMT transactions provider wise
• Connecting with team/provider/Bank for any gap/issues in recon.
• Checking commission amount as per matrix/rates received from Vendor.
• Connecting with vendor for any gap issues/Differences in commission amount.
• Issuing monthly commission invoice to party within deadlines.
• Daily transactions and settlement entry posting in Tally.
• Preparing Profitability of all services vendor wise on month end.
• Doing month end closing of all vendor.
• Working on chargeback cases transactions with bank/vendor and trying to recover from retailers.
• Approve/reject Manual Debit/credit note.
• Reconciling GSTR 2A on monthly basic,if there any gap connecting with provider to file there return.
• Filing GST return GSTR 1, 3B within deadlines.
• Booking TDS receivable payable entry in tally.

Responsibilities

• Manage all accounting operations including Invoicing, A/R, A/P & GL's.
• Reconciling of sale/return of (Flipkart,snapdeal,Amazon,Myntra)
• Reconciling settlement of all order dispatched.
• Connecting with party for any differences.
• Posing Daily Dispatch/sale/Return entry In ERP.
• Matching wallet balance on month end.
• Booking Commission entry In ERP.
• Reconciling inventory

• Responsibilities:-
• Booking Daily sale,Purchase and expense entry in tally,
• Reconciling bank,Debtor and creditor account.
• issuing invoice to party.
• Transfer payment to vendor.
• Filing GST Return( GSTR 1 & 3B) within timeline.
• Deducting TDS from vendor before making payment.
• Depositing TDS within Timelines.
• Finalizing Accounts on monthly basis.
