● Ensuring load connection as per described cut-offs.

● Checking daily basis pendency status(Offload/DEPS/In-Transit)

● Taking care of connections & follow up.

● Regular follow up with branches/ hub's for incoming & outgoing load with proper co-ordination through calls and emails.

● Involved in Line haul connection on Pan India Level.

● Modifying & developing new routes in reference to varying load keeping in mind cost optimization & operational feasibility's.

● Handling a team of around 150 staff, assigning daily tasks & evaluations.

● Warehouse management: Staff satisfactions & productivity.

● Vander management: Handler, Vehicles, Contract manpower.

● Attend meetings regarding load managements & for new coming challenges for management’s

satisfaction.

● Monitoring of pan India Inward /Outward surface.

● Prepare database and represent MIS report.

● Minimize Cost

● Maximum utilization of Vehicle and Manpower.

● Work on Projects- New FLM, LH routes

● Time to Time feedback for required changes in process and Tech. and implement in Operations.

• Monitor and maintain the LH vehicle TAT's
• Monitor and maintain MIS of LH Cut-Off's from North
• Monitor North- North Shipment TAT
• Monitor Air- shipments TAT and prepare MIS.
• Completed research, compiled data and assisted in timely reporting.
