- Planning of Indigenous and imported material for the Projects (GMS and Modular OT, ICU) Pan India. all projects are basically under construction Hospitals more than 15 project every year worth around 10 million Euros.
- follow-up of material Deliveries from supplier on weekly basis. Tracking is done with the help of Procurement team.
- Dispatching of Goods to the projects, Dispatch activity is done by coordinating with Warehouse team.
- Inventory control, weekly visit to warehouse for checking of material. Material stock counting on monthly basis.
- Quartly visit to individual sites for the the inventory count and control, creating the consumption reports and consuming non billable items in Navision System.
- Good operating skills of Navision System - checking of Item Balance in warehouse, Purchase order, Sales order, Posted sales invoices.
- Creating the monthly forecast report of project material and same to be Circulating with Drager india production Unit.
- Helping and Playing crucial role in Achieving the Yearly target of WPI department. Successfully achieved the Target 9.1 Million Euro in 2023.
- Helping Project Engineers for there execution related problems.
- Due to Past Project Execution Experience, incase needed in the absence of project engineer visit the local projects and do the Execution Activities.
