• Managing business development initiatives (BRDs) involves collaborating with various stakeholders, planning, and executing test scenarios.
• Reviewing the low-level document (LLD), business requirement document (BRD), by coordinating with the Experian (BRE) and IT team.
• Integration process with ILEAP (Lentra) and Experian. Perform extensive user acceptance testing (UAT) for the product programs.
• Managed a digital lending personal loan portfolio, liaised with partners to draft policy and credit risk models involving key stakeholders across Risk, Business, Compliance, and Data Analytics.
• Scorecard: Actively involved in the development and implementation of the internal rating model, PL application scorecard for customer risk categorization.
• Quantific Application - Automating the entire field investigation process in the system, thereby reducing the manual effort and making the process economical.

• Approving and recommending salaried personal loan cases, overdraft facilities. Ensures efficient underwriting of salaried personal loan files within TAT, and personal discussion with the customer.
• Analyzing the client's CIBIL report, checking for overdue accounts and days past due in the report.
• Preparing loan track and bounces through banking, and checking the customer loan eligibility reading of the customer's de-dupe data.
• Helping in the collection of daily portfolio health activities, such as FEMI, Current Bucket, and following up with the collection and sales teams for the resolution of these cases.
