• Supervising during fabrication & installation of piping including testing to ensure the work is carried out correctly and in safe manner accordance with the inspection test plan

• Conduct in process inspection like t-up check & visual inspection on completed weld
• Line checking prior to hydro testing to verify piping erection as per isometric drawing, anges rating, valve direction and orientation, type of valves, pipe supports, hangers and guides are installed according with the piping drawings
• Review the punch list and close out of punch items after completions & attend meeting with client, contractors to resolve quality issues
• To assist the Site Superintendent and coordinate the Supervisors activity, carry out and implement the QA/QC program, arrange and conduct meetings under the Site Superintendent direction
• Review the Material Specications, project procedures, relevant codes and standards in the execution of piping production engineering
• Planning, organizing and checking of work progress and schedules to meet the deadlines
• Responsible for prepare pre-commissioning packages and personnel involvement in pre-commissioning activities

• Responsible for carrying out and verifying line system for the preparation and execution of pre-commissioning activities like air blowing and leak test
• Coordinating and conducting line walk of preparations for air blowing and leak test as per the mark-up P&ID with contractor, PMC and HSE team
• Responsible for the procedure and execution of the basic classication of methods applied in cleaning the pipes/equipment Air Blowing, Oil Flushing,chemical Cleaning and system blowing
• Responsible and carrying out LP, HP leak test and nitrogen purging for all subsystem
• Responsible for carrying out and verifying line system for the preparation and execution of pre-commissioning activity
• Coordinating and inspection of nal box-up of vessels, strainers, control valves, check valves, pump and other equipment based on the specications and manufacturer's data sheet with the presence of QA/QC and PMC
• Responsible for the reinstatement and installation of restriction orice, mesh, strainer and ow element based on specication and manufacturer's data sheet with QA/QC contractor and PMC inspectors.
